About the Marketing Team
At Hip eCommerce, we are building a world-class marketing team, combining expertise in ecommerce and marketplaces to best serve buyers and sellers across the world. We believe that through a collaborative team and “an all hands on deck” approach, we will build an infrastructure to support the company’s rapid growth both within our current markets and beyond as we expand into new areas of collectibles.
About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you are a T-shaped marketer that thrives in results-driven environments. You know how to drive value to our customers at every stage of the customer journey. From awareness all the way to retention, you develop campaigns with the right message, for the right audience, on the right channel to drive growth across Hip’s category-specific collectible marketplaces. On the day-to-day, you’re responsible for executing our digital campaigns. You have experience in performance marketing and are equally as passionate about analyzing performance data as you are about creative storytelling. Through a strong partnership with Email Marketing, Content, and Design, you’ll ensure an integrated approach to new user acquisition and driving MAUs by limiting churn. In this role, you'll have to be open to collaborating with others, testing new ideas, and possess a growth mindset.
How you’ll spend your time:
Build digital marketing campaigns from inception to execution. Partner with Email, Content, and Product Marketing teams to help achieve growth goals for 2021 and beyond.
Grow new leads, including MQLs, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content to satisfy new business goals.
Measure, report, and optimize our paid marketing across Paid Search and Social.
Establish analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Work closely with the business operation team on outreach programs to improve lead engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams to build landing pages, manage conversion tests and optimize the user experience.
Brainstorm and execute new and creative growth strategies.
We’re excited about you if you:
Have a proven track record in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition, ideally in a niche market. 3 years experience preferred.
Managed day-to-day production of campaigns as well as campaign budgets and schedules
Know how automation, CRM, and project management can affect a customer lifecycle across a variety of channels (owned/paid/earned)
Understand how customer journeys, personas, segments, and related marketing experiences can connect marketing channels to audiences.
Love connecting the dots from data to results. Strategize, Analize, Deliver, repeat.
Own your personal story of success. You’re autonomous and know the tools to pull the levers that drive growth.
Have passion and grit. It's also very important to be organized, a good communicator, and empathetic.
