About the Position
As the Sr. Business Development & Seller Success Manager at HipPostcard, you will play a dual role in not only driving seller acquisition and partnerships but also ensuring the success and growth of our current sellers. This unique position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact and take ownership of the HipPostcard platform, working to elevate it to new heights. Reporting to the Director of Seller Growth & Partnerships, you will be the primary point of contact for business development and seller success on HipPostcard.
How You'll Spend Your Time:
π Seller Acquisition: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential sellers to join the HipPostcard community, managing a robust pipeline of prospects and moving them through the funnel.
πΌ Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships that enhance the growth and market presence of HipPostcard, negotiating deals and crafting co-marketing strategies.
π Seller Success Management: Actively work to retain and grow the GMV per seller, addressing Seller Success Support tickets, and implementing strategies to increase the average GMV of our top sellers.
π Ownership of HipPostcard: Take complete responsibility for the growth and success of the HipPostcard platform, ensuring the satisfaction and prosperity of both sellers and partners.
π Data Analysis: Leverage analytics to understand market trends, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions for both business development and seller success.
π Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, associations, and the HipPostcard seller community.
π― Performance Monitoring: Relentlessly monitor and strive to exceed KPIs related to seller growth, partnership success, and seller retention.
π’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Operations, and other departments to develop initiatives and materials that resonate with potential sellers and partners.

Schedule Requirements:
Employees are expected to work Monday-Friday within standard operating hours of 7am-5pm Eastern Time Monday-Thursday, and 8am-12pm Eastern Time Friday.

To maintain appropriate productivity and performance, remote employees should choose a work environment that is free from distractions, has a reliable internet connection, and supports the employeeβs ability to dedicate their full attention to their job duties during work hours.
