About the Position
As the Sr. Manager of Seller Success at HipComic, your mission is focused on catapulting the success of our existing seller community to new heights. Your realm is exclusively dedicated to supporting, engaging, and growing our current HipComic sellers through world-class account management, tailor-made onboarding experiences, strategic auction events, support, and so much more. While your primary arena is HipComic, you'll also be the visionary who sets the overarching strategy and framework for Seller Success across all Hip eCommerce platforms, including HipStamp and HipPostcard. In this pivotal role, you'll not only be driving the HipComic seller experience but also shaping the entire seller ecosystem at Hip eCommerce.
How You'll Spend Your Time:
🎯 Account Maestro: Own the entire account management spectrum for HipComic sellers, from flawlessly orchestrating new seller onboarding to fueling the continuous sales growth of existing accounts.
♂️ Strategy Sorcerer: Innovate, develop, and roll out new programs, events, and strategies aimed at boosting existing sellers' sales figures to new heights.
📣 Support Superstar: Deliver unparalleled customer support to sellers via our help desk, email, discord, and phone. If sellers have questions, you have answers—fast, accurate, and leaving sellers saying “wow!”
📚 Knowledge Knight: Own the seller section of our Help Desk and Knowledge Articles section, ensuring they're always up-to-date and so insightful, our sellers will feel like they're taking a masterclass in success.
🚀 Onboarding Oracle: Develop kickass onboarding flows that empower new sellers. Work closely with the Business Development and Seller Marketing teams to ensure every new sign-up becomes a success story.
🔥 Seller Success Orchestrator: Monitor new HipComic sign-ups and engage within the first 90 days while maintaining top-notch CRM practices and SOPs to sustain and grow our existing seller community.
🔨 Auction Architect: Design, manage, and enable/run killer Auction Events for the site and sellers.
👥 Team Titan: Manage and mentor the HipComic Seller Success Specialists, while also providing guidance and operational direction to the budding stars in the HipStamp Seller Success Specialist team.
📆 Marketing Maestro: Sync up with our Marketing department to make sure our sellers are an active part of site marketing events and campaigns; and ensure appropriate sellers enter our Seller Marketing program.
📊 Data Dynamo: Live in the analytics, tracking KPIs across all sellers. Your proactive insights will ensure that sellers mee and exceed their revenue goals, and our GMV targets.
📽 Content & Event Curator: Working with Marketing and Growth departments, you’ll create compelling seller-centric content across social media, podcasts, and videos, and host virtual seller events and seminars.
🤘 Retention Rockstar: Keep a laser focus on our active HipComic sellers, executing fail-proof strategies that not only combat churn but also obliterate our seller retention goals.
🔥 Experienced in Success: You have 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role. Marketplace and/or start-up experience is a huge plus!
👨💻 Tech Titan: Highly Proficient in CRM software and and help desk platforms.

Employees are expected to work Monday-Friday within standard operating hours of 7am-5pm Eastern Time Monday-Thursday, and 8am-12pm Eastern Time Friday.
