About the Business Operations Team
Our Business Operations team is focused on driving growth across all three of Hip’s marketplaces. We work closely with our sellers to help them grow their business on our sites, because when our sellers win, our buyers win, and Hip wins. While we operate today in three different verticals, our goal is to make buyers and sellers on each site feel like we’ve built a platform of their specific interest and needs as a collector. The goal of the Business Operations team is to create this cohesion and leverage it to accelerate the growth of each site.
About the Role
Throughout our HipStamp marketplace, we work directly with our sellers in order to support their continued success.
The Seller Success Specialist - HipStamp role focuses primarily on providing our key sellers white glove support and helping them scale sale and auction activities. This includes but is not limited to providing top level customer service for key seller support queries, onboarding and educating sellers on the value of our internal levers such as our Seller Marketing and Auction programs, strategizing and communicating with sellers about their business, aiding with inventory selection, and reporting on seller performance to the wider business.
As a Seller Success Specialist - HipStamp, your primary mission will be to work closely with our GM of HipStamp and Account Managers to successfully grow and support Seller growth.
How you’ll spend your time:
Working with Sellers to resolve any issues or roadblocks they are experiencing
Analyzing and reporting on seller performance
Collaborating with sellers via phone and email to get them started with our auction program and grow their auction revenue
Coordinating our site wide auction events with other internal teams
We get excited about you if you have:
3+ years professional experience within business operations/business management and/or entrepreneurship.
Strong written and verbal English language skills
Strong and demonstrable skills in Microsoft Excel, or similar programs
Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity/CRM tools
Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with sellers and stakeholder teams; written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
The ability to work well within a team structure, but also with a high level of autonomy
